Media packages

Because every listing is unique and requires its own specific solutions, pricing for each tier is given as a range. We work very relationally with our clients; we listen to you to understand your expectations for the listing and then with your guidance determine the appropriate pricing. There are many potential options, so we thought it would be best to provide some basic simple categories and then to provide additional optional add-ons according to what you determine your listing needs.

With over a decade of experience focusing on luxury properties, that expertise is applied to all package tiers so that your listing, regardless of the tier level you choose, will look its best.

NOTE: When it comes to quantity of photos, there is not a specified limit.

Our policy is to shoot what makes sense and is needed to represent the property.

Besides quantity, the main difference in the three tiers is the level of finishing involved. The Premier level has a significant level of cosmetic editing applied in the post-production process over the Basic Tier, and in many cases is also suitable for luxury listings. The Luxury Tier is a significant step up in the finishing time from the Premier Level and is primarily for very high-end listings, Custom Home Builders, Architects, and Interior Designers.
